The I-Series rotary filler is designed to efficiently transfer your product from the multihead weigher down to the container while minimizing spills and improving filling consistency. This is accomplished with larger timing buckets discharging from the weigher into higher capacity rotary filler pockets. That combination allows more product to discharge at higher speeds, ultimately leading to less waste.
An integrated sensor inspects container fill levels and rejects underfilled packages before they move downstream, allowing product to be recouped. Advanced product-settling technology with lower frequency and higher amplitude helps consistently settle products in the containers. Settling is decoupled from the weighing system to maintain weight accuracy.
