• Based on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being excellent, Spee-Dee received an overall quality rating of 4.29.

• Those surveyed cited Customer service as the number one advantage over any competitor.

• On a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being excellent, respondents awarded Spee-Dee’s Customer service personnel an overall rating of 4.59.

• 95% of respondents rated Product knowledge of Spee-Dee’s Field Service personnel as Excellent or Very Good.

• 97% of respondents rated Spee-Dee Field Service personnel’s Helpfulness with questions as Excellent or Very Good.

• When those familiar with the Conversion Kit were asked to rate its productivity and efficiency on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest, the majority of the customers interviewed awarded the Conversion Kit a 5.
