Optimize productivity and accurately fill particulates as small as salt or as coarse as popcorn with the Spee-Dee® Servo Cup Filler. This cost-effective unit dispenses free flowing dry products such as beans, pet food, snacks, rice and candy accurately and efficiently. By harnessing the superiority of servo technology, the number of wear parts is reduced, resulting in substantially less downtime, lower repair bills and a decrease in costly parts inventory. The servo filler’s extremely high cycle rate enables fill speeds of up to 120/minute.

The narrow profile of the cup filler lends itself to integration with automatic equipment, maximizing space usage. Coupled with a Spee-Dee Servo Digitronic® Auger, two different products may be accurately dispensed into a single pouch to facilitate the filling of food products such as soup mixes, baking mixes or meal side dishes. Since ingredients are blended, rather than layered, product quality and consistency are significantly enhanced.

Volumetric Cup Fillers utilize PLC controls, which enable timing settings and multiple-drop fills to be set. With the exception of the CB model, all units can be readily integrated with any automatic pouching or cartoning equipment. They can even be connected to a foot switch for semi-automatic operation. When a Volumetric Cup Filler is coupled with a Spee-Dee-Matic® conveyor, a complete line for filling jars, bottles or cans is achieved.
